Surgical scrub cap A expands in the back to hold longer hair and can be easily adjusted in size in the back with a plastic stopper attached to drawstrings. One size fits most – but you can adjust the size if you make these hats yourself. They have some elastic for a comfortable fit around the head. They both have a soft sweatband made from double cotton gauze to absorb sweat. They seem comfortable enough and made to hold longer hair (they are made for medium hair).
